Here is where can you find the local db file:

C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\Data\{randomLetters}\{randomLetters}\{folder starts with "scho..tion"}\Data

AppData - this is a hidden folder

{randomLetters} - ex: MHED41XD.ABM

{folder starts with "scho..tion"} - ex: scho..tion_c9e724faf447dc5f_0001.0000_644aed6a655f2263

The DB file name will contain the user id from the debug information popup. ex: ScreenerAppDb.8710b92c-3f04-4774-a25e-9c3a4c72f30c.sqlite

If the user has more than one {folder starts with "scho..tion"}, then choose the latest.

For the decryption we will need the user id and the database key as well, from the debug information popup.
